Cosmic Temple Mahakala Waterfall

My new artwork "Mahakala Temple" in continuation of the "Cosmic Monks Gathering" theme. As you know, if there are cosmic monks, then they must have no less cosmic temple. Initially, I didn't have a complete idea for this composition. However, the mystical ashram was already manifested once in the artwork of "The Architect" and "The Alchemy" , where was also traced the fusion of opposites, northern and southern forests, fire and water, night and day, the Sun and the Moon, the flow of time and the moment frozen in eternity. The idea had been hatched since 2018 and at the end of summer 2021 I returned to it again. I have been drawing this work since August, in the flow of time, and in the end I got a real FLOW OF TIME

The Mahakala Falls is a cosmic flow of time through all forms of the World, washing infinity, nourishing the roots and refreshing the buds of the Universal Lotus. Mahakala is one of the names of the Creator in Sanskrit, which in one of the translations will sound like "Great Time". The source of this stream is the first sound of Creation - ॐ AUM. It falls directly on the Shivalingam (the image of the Creator that has no forms). Cooled by the reflection of the Moon and warmed by the rays of the Sun, it flows through everything, filling the waters of the World Ocean. It is this World Ocean, at the bottom of which we will also find Sri Yantra - the universal form of all forms, guarded by intelligent snake-like creatures - nagas.

In the center of the composition, we see the cathedral of the adepts of the Great Flow of Time, guarding the holy wheel of samsara, from which the stream also falls right into the center of Sri Yantra.

Космический Храм Водопад Махакалы

"Храм Махакалы" является продолжением темы "Слета Космических Монахов" (Cosmic Monks Gathering). Как известно, если есть космические монахи, то значит у них должен быть не менее космический храм. Изначально у меня не было завершенной идеи относительно этой композиции. Однако мистический ашрам уже был однажды проявлен в работе Архитектор и Алхимия , где также прослеживалось слияние противоположностей, северных и южных лесов, огня и воды, ночи и дня, Солнца и Луны, течения времени и застывшего в вечности момента. Работа была начата еще в 2018 году и неспешно завершалась в потоке времени и в итоге к концу 2021 получился самый настоящий ПОТОК ВРЕМЕНИ

Водопад Махакалы - это космическое течение времени сквозь все формы Мира, омывающий бесконечность, подпитывающий корни и освежающий бутоны Вселенского лотоса. Махакала - это одно из имен Создателя на санскрите, которое в одном из переводов на русский будет звучать как "Великое Время". Источник этого ручейка это первый звук Творения - ॐ АУМ. Оно ниспадает прямо на шивалингам (образТворца, не имеющего форм). Прохлаждаемое отблеском Луны и согреваемое лучами Солнца оно протекает сквозь всё, наполняя воды Мирового Океана. Оно и есть этот Мировой Океан, на дне которого мы также обнаружим Шри Янтру - вселенскую форму всех форм, охраняемую разумными змееподобными существами - нагами.

В центре композиции мы видим кафедральный собор адептов Великого Течения Времени, охраняющих святое колесо сансары, с которого также спадает поток прямо в центр Шри Янтры.
